  • Familiarity with Meta Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Website Services, Graphic Design, and AI-related services.

  • Ability to explain service offerings clearly to potential clients.

  • Knowledge of order processing and customer support operations.

  • Familiarity with parcel management and courier handling processes.

  • Ability to manage customer queries, delivery-related issues, and order follow-ups.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent phone communication and customer handling ability.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

  • Good computer literacy and internet browsing skills.

  • Fast typing speed in both Bengali and English.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.



Responsibilities & Context:

Location: Darus Salam, Mirpur, Dhaka

Job Overview

  • Handle customer communication and support activities for Digital Marketing and E-commerce operations.

  • Maintain professional communication with clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

  • Follow up on leads and customer requests.

  • Update and maintain customer records, reports, and CRM data.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information about products and services.
