OK Immigration Inc. is inviting applications from qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Client Support Officer at our Chittagong office. This is a full-time, office-based role suited to professionals who thrive in a client-facing, target-oriented environment.
About the Role
As a Client Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and families exploring study abroad opportunities. Your responsibilities will span client communication, appointment coordination, lead follow-up, marketing support, and general office administration — all carried out in alignment with our professional and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, email, and other approved channels
Welcome visitors and manage consultation appointments and front-desk operations
Conduct timely lead follow-up to support consultation bookings and client engagement
Assist Education Consultants with records, documentation, reminders, and scheduled follow-ups
Support seminars, promotional campaigns, and lead-generation activities
Design basic social media posts, flyers, and graphics using Canva, following brand guidelines
Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and follow-ups using Excel and company systems
Handle all client information responsibly and in accordance with the company's confidentiality policy
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, English, Communication, Management, or Graphic Design preferred)
Prior experience developing graphic design content for diverse international study abroad destinations is highly desirable and will be prioritised in candidate evaluation.
Proven ability to support students or clients across diverse international contexts, with experience in at least one of the following regions: Canada, the UK, Malaysia, Australia, or New Zealand.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English
Practical proficiency in Canva is required; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CapCut is an advantage
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and digital marketing tools
Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work with targets
Recruitment and Assessment Process
Shortlisted applicants may be invited to attend an in-person assessment at the *OK Immigration Inc. Chittagong Office*.
The assessment process will take approximately *one and a half hours* and may include:
· Written thinking and problem-solving assessment
· Combined English proficiency test and technical skills assessment
· Final viva interview with the CEO
