Responsibilities & Context:

  • Manage end-to-end customer service operations, including handling customer inquiries, order requests, product development coordination, order processing, documentation management, shipment execution, and post-delivery support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with Development, Laboratory, R&D, Quality, Planning, Production, Commercial, Finance, Logistics, Distribution, and other relevant teams to ensure timely sample development, customer approvals, FG code creation, order fulfillment, and delivery execution.

  • Process and maintain customer orders in ERP systems (Oracle), prepare and issue Sales Orders (SO), Proforma Invoices (PI), Sales Contracts (SC), and other related documents while ensuring accuracy of product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.

  • Manage and coordinate commercial, shipping, and financial documentation, including Letters of Credit (LC), Export Permissions (EXP), Import Permissions (IP), shipping documents, debit notes, credit notes, AR adjustment forms, customer billing, and other transaction-related records in compliance with company procedures.

  • Monitor order status, production progress, FG readiness, shipment schedules, delivery lead times, partial shipments, proof of delivery (POD), customer claims, and product return or replacement activities to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of issues.

  • Prepare, analyze, and communicate customer-wise and buyer-wise transaction reports, maintain accurate records and documentation, support receivables tracking and billing activities, and assist management in achieving business objectives through effective coordination, process improvement, innovation, and service excellence.
