Dynasty Food and Beverage Industries is looking for a Marketing & CRM Intern to support daily customer engagement, order management, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create courier tags and coordinate order dispatch activities

• Manage customer messages, comments, and inquiries on Facebook and Instagram

• Provide customer support through calls and other communication channels

• Process and manage customer orders from various sales channels

• Maintain customer records and order information

• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Support CRM and customer relationship management tasks

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment
