Job Context & Role Description
We are looking for result-driven, energetic, and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executives / Officers to drive our business growth in the FMCG (Beverage/Mineral Water) sector. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing dealer/distributor networks, generating orders, and achieving sales targets.

Job Location: Dhaka / Chattogram / Sylhet / Cox’s Bazar
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely product delivery within the assigned area.
Distributor & Client Management: Coordinate directly with premium clients, distribution points, and institutional accounts to ensure smooth order generation and stock availability.
Market Visit & Institutional Penetration: Visit large restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, and premium outlets daily to build strong relationships, secure new orders, and maximize product visibility.
Market Intelligence:: Collect feedback on product pricing and competitor activities from the market, and provide daily/weekly reports to the supervisor.
