Position: Marketing & CRM Intern
Dynasty Food and Beverage Industries is looking for a Marketing & CRM Intern to support daily customer engagement, order management, and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Create courier tags and coordinate order dispatch activities
Manage customer messages, comments, and inquiries on Facebook and Instagram
Provide customer support through calls and other communication channels
Process and manage customer orders from various sales channels
Maintain customer records and order information
Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Support CRM and customer relationship management tasks
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment
