Experience:

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Customer Support & Telecomunication Expert who can build real relationships with our customers, resolve their concerns with empathy, and convert incoming leads into loyal buyers. This is not a typical call center role — you will be the voice and heart of Pusti & Pure, responsible for delivering a premium customer experience that builds long-term trust and drives sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and inbox queries professionally.
Convert warm leads and inquiries into confirmed sales orders using consultative selling techniques.
Educate customers on Pusti & Pure product benefits, ingredients, and usage — building trust and authority.
Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and maintain strong relationships.
Record customer feedback, complaints, and queries into the CRM system accurately.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve delivery issues.
Support health membership onboarding — guide new subscribers through their product routine and check-in schedule.
Collect and submit weekly performance reports: leads handled, conversion rate, complaint resolution time.
Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on all Pusti & Pure offerings.
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within customer conversations.
