Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 6– 10 Years of Experience in Graphics Design

• Candidates with experience in Food or Organic Product

• Design will be given priority

Key Responsibilities

• Creating High Quality Static Designs for Social Media

• Designing Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Thumbnails and Website Banners

• Creating Product Packaging Designs, Posters and Campaign Visuals

• Designing while maintaining the brand's Premium Organic Look & Feel

• Editing Short Form Videos including Reels and Shorts

• Creating Product Videos

• Marketing Videos and Storytelling Videos

• Using Color Grading, Motion Graphics and Clean Transitions, and maintaining professional storytelling throughout all video content

Monthly Target:

• Static Design: 60 – 70 High Quality Posts

• Video Editing: 20 – 30 Professional Videos

• All contents must follow Brand Quality Standard.

Office Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Salary: BDT 35,000 – 50,000 (Based on Experience)
