Requirements

• 6 months–1 year of professional video editing experience

• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro—required

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus

• Comfortable working with raw footage, stock footage, and manufacturer footage, including fully faceless edits

• Basic understanding of pacing, storytelling, sequencing, and sound design

• Strong or moderate English communication skills

• Candidates with moderate English communication skills will receive support through our internal training program

• Good attention to detail

• Eager to learn and take direction from senior editors

• Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines

• Comfortable working full-time, on-site, as part of a team

Flixor is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented junior video editor with around 6 months to 1 year of experience—someone who is ready to sharpen their skills and grow within a professional production team.

Our content includes dedicated product reviews, tech comparisons, product roundups, creator-led content, and other YouTube-focused formats. We also work on video production and editing projects for external clients.

We focus on creating engaging, research-driven, high-quality content designed to connect with international audiences, meet client objectives, and drive sustainable channel and business growth.

Location: House 282 & 284, Road 4, Avenue 3, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holiday: Friday

Your Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for YouTube, Amazon-focused content, and client projects

• Source and use stock or manufacturer footage to fill content gaps or create fully faceless videos

• Add basic transitions, text overlays, effects, and other visual elements to enhance content

• Apply basic sound design, music, and audio adjustments where required

• Assist with project organization and asset management

• Collaborate with senior editors and the creative team

• Apply feedback from senior editors to improve video quality and editing efficiency

• Maintain organized project files, assets, and timelines

• Support the team in meeting deadlines across client and channel projects

• Work efficiently under time pressure when required

• Stay current with content trends across YouTube, Amazon, Facebook, and TikTok
