Responsibilities & Context:
ফোনে কাস্টমারের সাথে স্মার্ট ও প্রফেশনালভাবে কথা বলতে পারতে হবে।
কাস্টমারের সাথে নিয়মিত Follow-up করতে হবে এবং CRM Management সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
কাস্টমারদের সাথে Strong, Friendly এবং Professional relationship তৈরি ও maintain করতে পারতে হবে।
কাস্টমারের প্রয়োজন মনোযোগ দিয়ে শুনে সঠিক guideline এবং support দিতে হবে।
যেকোনো সমস্যা দ্রুত, স্মার্ট এবং Professionalভাবে solve করতে হবে।
