Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle inbound calls from prospective customers regarding the client's products and services.

  • Provide excellent customer support in both Arabic and English.

  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.

  • Communicate with customers through phone, Facebook, email, and web chat.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team for further investigation.

  • Gather and analyze relevant information to assess customer complaints.

  • Report complex cases and issues to the Team Leader as required.
