About the Role

SahajMobile is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, EMI services, payments, and company policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Maintain accurate call logs, customer records, and related information in the system.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to ensure prompt issue resolution.

  • Follow company policies, communication scripts, and customer service standards.

  • Achieve daily and monthly call handling, response, and service quality targets.

  • Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, telesales, or a related role will be an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bangla and basic proficiency in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally under pressure.

  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and data entry skills.

  • Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
