Responsibilities & Context:
Contact Facebook, WhatsApp, website, and phone inquiry leads.
Counsel prospective students and guardians regarding courses, fees, facilities, and career opportunities.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain lead data and update CRM/Google Sheets regularly.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Support admission campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the marketing and call center team.
Prepare daily and monthly admission reports.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
