Provide accurate information about courses and services to students/customers
Receive incoming calls and make follow-up calls
Guide interested students through the admission process
Maintain and update daily lead lists
Monitor Facebook page comments and activities
Follow up for admission confirmation and payments
Manage WhatsApp and Facebook groups
Maintain student/customer data in Excel or Google Sheets
Submit daily work reports
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
Ensure quick and professional responses to all inquiries
Work towards admission and conversion targets
