Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Reply to all Facebook page messages, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries

  2. Provide accurate information about courses and services to students/customers

  3. Receive incoming calls and make follow-up calls

  4. Guide interested students through the admission process

  5. Maintain and update daily lead lists

  6. Monitor Facebook page comments and activities

  7. Follow up for admission confirmation and payments

  8. Manage WhatsApp and Facebook groups

  9. Maintain student/customer data in Excel or Google Sheets

  10. Submit daily work reports

  11. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions

  12. Ensure quick and professional responses to all inquiries

  13. Work towards admission and conversion targets
