• Bachelor/Honors

• Age At least 18 years

Minumum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or After-Sales Service.

Experience in the electrical, electronics, or home appliance industry will be preferred.

1. Verify technician visit schedules and follow up on timely execution.

2. Collect installation and repair updates from technicians and third-party service partners.

3. Update job status, sub-status, and close completed jobs in the CJ system.

4. Confirm service completion with customers and provide necessary updates.

5. Send service-related SMS notifications to customers.

6. Update supervisors on job history, pending cases, and service issues.

7. Verify bills and record defect, repair, and service details in the CJ system.

8. Verify and process job cancellation requests.

9. Escalate delayed or unresolved service cases to the concerned supervisor.

10. Maintain accurate service records and ensure data integrity.

11. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

12. Prepare daily service follow-up and performance reports.
