Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to generate sales and promote company products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to maximize conversion and retention.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
• Achieve individual and team sales performance targets.
Requirements:
• Experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, or Customer Care (e-commerce experience preferred).
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade customers and close sales effectively.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel applications.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer support will be considered an advantage.
