Prepare and develop the Fish BBQ & Grill menu
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients
Control food cost and minimize wastage
Maintain a clean, organized, and disciplined kitchen environment
Responsibilities & Context:
3–5 years of experience in restaurant/catering industry
Strong skills in Fish BBQ, Grill, and Bangladeshi cuisine
Hands-on experience with fish items such as Hilsa, Rupchanda, Prawn, etc.
Knowledge of grill items including Chicken, Beef, Kebab, and Grill
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
A team player with a positive and professional attitude
