Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of MIS and WFM. This role is crucial in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing workforce performance, and enhancing operational efficiency across our BPM services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of MIS and WFM best practices within the BPM industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for MIS and WFM, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for operational improvement and innovation through data analytics and workforce optimization.
- Revenue projection and a complete custodian of invoicing and realization
2. Management Information Systems:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust MIS that provides accurate and timely reports for performance analysis, operational metrics, business intelligence and Revenue direction.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities, utilizing advanced analytics tools and technologies.
3. Workforce Management:
- Design and implement workforce management strategies that optimize resource allocation, forecasting, scheduling, and performance management.
- Analyze workforce productivity and efficiency metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to device recruitment and performance improvement plans based on workforce analytics.
4. Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of MIS and WFM professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Establish clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all MIS and WFM-related inquiries, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver acceptable approach.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in MIS and WFM, integrating relevant innovations into operational processes.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by utilizing data-driven methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
