Manage and monitor all online sales channels including Website, Facebook Shop, Daraz, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
Develop and implement effective e-commerce sales strategies to increase revenue and business growth.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure target achievement.
Oversee product listing, pricing, stock updates, descriptions, and image management across all platforms.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and promotional boosts.
Analyze marketplace and website performance to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Manage customer orders, order processing, and ensure smooth fulfillment operations.
Coordinate with the logistics and delivery team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
Handle customer complaints, queries, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Monitor website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion rates to improve overall sales performance.
Plan and manage promotional campaigns such as discount offers, flash sales, combo offers, and seasonal campaigns.
