  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Reporting Tools.

  • Understanding of SEO, product ranking, and digital marketing.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

  • Manage and monitor all online sales channels including Website, Facebook Shop, Daraz, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other marketplaces.

  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce sales strategies to increase revenue and business growth.

  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure target achievement.

  • Oversee product listing, pricing, stock updates, descriptions, and image management across all platforms.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and promotional boosts.

  • Analyze marketplace and website performance to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

  • Manage customer orders, order processing, and ensure smooth fulfillment operations.

  • Coordinate with the logistics and delivery team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

  • Handle customer complaints, queries, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion rates to improve overall sales performance.

  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns such as discount offers, flash sales, combo offers, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and new opportunities.

  • Supervise the online sales team, customer support team, and social media sales activities.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

  • Forecast product demand and coordinate with the procurement team for stock planning.

  • Maintain and develop Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to increase repeat customers.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve brand visibility and online presence.

  • Ensure smooth operation of payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, and compliance with platform policies.

  • Plan and execute new product launches and online market penetration strategies.

  • Train, manage, and evaluate team performance to achieve business goals efficiently.
