🔹 Oversee and manage daily e-commerce operations smoothly.
🔹 Monitor the complete order cycle from order placement to final delivery.
🔹 Ensure proper product picking, packing, and dispatch process.
🔹 Manage warehouse operations and maintain stock accuracy.
🔹 Coordinate with courier partners and delivery teams for timely shipments.
🔹 Handle inventory planning, stock replenishment, and shortage control.
🔹 Manage return, refund, and exchange processes efficiently.
🔹 Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
🔹 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
🔹 Supervise and manage teams including Sales, Warehouse, Delivery, and Customer Support.
🔹 Monitor employee performance and provide training when necessary.
🔹 Ensure product listings, pricing updates, and stock availability are maintained.
🔹 Develop strategies to reduce delivery delays, cancellations, and failed deliveries.
🔹 Control operational costs and improve profitability.
🔹 Create and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
🔹 Conduct regular performance reviews with management.
🔹 Support branch expansion and operational growth planning.
🔹 Develop and implement new operational strategies for business growth.

Must have prior experience in maintaining and managing e-commerce operations Mandatory.
