Responsibilities & Context:
  • Call potential and existing customers to promote products and services.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutio

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with leads and customers.

  • Update the customer database and report sales progress daily.

  • Promote special offers, campaigns, and new services via phone communication.
