Job Context: Smart Distribution (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking proactive, customer-focused, and self-motivated individuals for the position of Executive – Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The selected candidates will work from their home office and be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, providing customer support, conducting follow-up activities, and visiting customers within their assigned Division/District when required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and digital communication platforms.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases regularly.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Prepare daily activity reports and customer feedback reports for management review.

  • Visit customers and business locations as assigned by the company.

  • Achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement targets.

  • Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company CRM policies and procedures.
