Job Context: Smart Distribution (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking proactive, customer-focused, and self-motivated individuals for the position of Executive – Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The selected candidates will work from their home office and be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, providing customer support, conducting follow-up activities, and visiting customers within their assigned Division/District when required.
Job Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and digital communication platforms.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases regularly.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare daily activity reports and customer feedback reports for management review.
Visit customers and business locations as assigned by the company.
Achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement targets.
Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company CRM policies and procedures.
Monthly Compensation
Basic Salary: BDT 10,000
Mobile Allowance: BDT 1,000
Transport Allowance: As per approved field visit requirements
