Huckleberry BD is a growing Bangladesh-based brand focused on pure & natural soap, oil, skincare and personal care products. We are expanding our Sales & Service team and looking for energetic, experienced and customer-focused professionals to join us.

🎓 Educational Qualification
• Graduation / Postgraduation from any recognized institution.
💼 Experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in E-commerce, F-commerce, Online Business, Sales or Customer Service will be preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered for suitable positions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, website and phone calls.
• Convert customer inquiries into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Maintain daily sales/customer records and provide regular reports.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation ability.
• Positive attitude, energetic and target-oriented.
• Comfortable working with Facebook, WhatsApp and online customer communication.
