Responsibilities & Context:
  • Respond to customer calls, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Handle online orders from our website and social media pages
  • Assist in packaging and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order status
  • Create content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns (if skilled)
