- Respond to customer calls, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle online orders from our website and social media pages
- Assist in packaging and preparing orders for dispatch
- Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order status
- Create content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns (if skilled)
