Job Context

The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, managing customer queries, following up on services, and converting potential customers into sales. The role requires strong communication skills, customer-centric thinking, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

  • Answer customer inquiries professionally and accurately.

  • Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries on all social media platforms.

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after service delivery.

  • Convert customer inquiries into successful sales opportunities.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

  • Achieve assigned customer service and sales targets.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
