Job Context

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for shaping, leading, and elevating the visual identity of our brands across all touch points. You will work closely with Sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure cohesive, impact, and innovative brand communication.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, define, and own end-to-end brand identities for multiple companies within the group, from concept to execution.

• Create comprehensive brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all platforms and markets.

• Ensure brand alignment across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential touch points.

• Oversee the design of marketing assets including print, outdoor, digital ads, social media, packaging, presentations, and corporate collateral.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing creative team (designers, illustrators, motion designers, etc.).

• Introduce innovative ideas, formats, and storytelling approaches to strengthen brand impact.

• Act as the final creative authority on all visual outputs.
