Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.

  • Explain project features, investment opportunities, and company offerings clearly and accurately over the phone

  • Follow predefined scripts and protocols to address diverse customer queries effectively.

  • Identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

  • Upsell the company’s products and services when relevant to increase revenue.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using CRM systems.

  • Foster customer relationships by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to service excellence.

  • Stay updated on product information and services to effectively address client concerns.

  • Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and overall performance.

  • Achieve and exceed personal/team KPIs and quality benchmarks
