Experience:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
Explain project features, investment opportunities, and company offerings clearly and accurately over the phone
Follow predefined scripts and protocols to address diverse customer queries effectively.
Identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Upsell the company’s products and services when relevant to increase revenue.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using CRM systems.
Foster customer relationships by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to service excellence.
Stay updated on product information and services to effectively address client concerns.
Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and overall performance.
