Responsibilities & Context:
  • Design engaging graphics for social media, advertisements, and brand campaigns

  • Also you will have to design T-Shirts, Shirts, etc.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms

  • Create humorous and creative content to promote brand awareness

  • Manage and optimize social media pages and campaigns

  • Perform SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve website ranking

  • Analyze market trends and audience behavior to improve marketing performance

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to optimize ROI

  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative promotional ideas

  • Client Handling

  • Receive calls, emails, and walk-in clients

  • Provide basic property information (price, location, features)

  • Schedule property visits and meetings

  • Maintain good communication with buyers, sellers, and agents

Property Management Support

  • Keep records of available properties (flats, land, commercial space)

  • Update property listings (price, availability, details)

  • Coordinate with agents or brokers for new listings

Documentation & Paperwork

  • Prepare agreements, contracts, and booking forms

  • Maintain files (digital + physical)

  • Assist in legal documentation (sale deed, lease papers, etc.)

Marketing & Promotion

  • Post property ads on Facebook, websites, and portals

  • Handle basic social media promotion

  • Create simple property descriptions and listings

Office Administration

  • Manage office schedules and appointments

  • Handle basic accounts (rent payments, client payments tracking)

  • Coordinate with team members (sales, marketing, legal)
