  • The Sales & Marketing Head in real estate is responsible for driving revenue by selling properties (residential, commercial, or land projects) and building a strong market presence. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.

They typically report to top management (CEO/Managing Director) and manage teams like:

  • Sales executives

  • Marketing team (digital + offline)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets

  • Set pricing strategies based on market demand

  • Forecast sales and monitor pipeline performance

2. Marketing Strategy & Branding

  • Plan marketing campaigns (digital ads, billboards, events, etc.)

3. Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage sales & marketing teams
