Responsibilities & Context:
1.Bachelor's degree (preferred)
2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3.Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4.Knowledge of HR processes and office administration
5.Basic digital marketing knowledge (social media, content creation, SEO)
6.Familiarity with Canva and Meta Business Suite is a plus
7.Ability to multitask and work under pressure
8.Strong organizational and time-management skills
9.Positive attitude and willingness to learn
10.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (or "1–2 years of experience preferred," if required)
11.Fluency in English and Bengali (must)
