We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and relationship-oriented Marketing Representatives to expand our referral network and strengthen our presence among healthcare professionals and corporate organizations.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related fields will receive preference.
Experience Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Medical Promotion, Healthcare Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sales, Diagnostic Center Marketing, Hospital Marketing, or Corporate Marketing.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work independently and travel extensively within Dhaka and surrounding areas.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must possess a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Own motorcycle and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit doctors, consultants, dentists, and healthcare professionals to develop strong referral relationships.
Build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
Visit corporate offices to promote corporate health programs and employee healthcare packages.
Generate new patient referrals through professional networking and relationship management.
Promote the clinic's Plastic Surgery, Dental, Laser, and Aesthetic services in an ethical and professional manner.
Arrange doctor meetings, corporate presentations, and awareness sessions.
Maintain regular follow-up with referral partners and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Achieve monthly patient acquisition and business development targets.
Prepare daily visit reports, referral reports, and activity updates.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the Front Desk, Call Center, Marketing, and Medical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Represent the clinic professionally at exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and promotional events.
Perform any additional marketing and business development responsibilities assigned by management.
