Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare balanced and cost-effective meal plans for workers
Ensure proper nutrition (calories, protein, vitamins, minerals) in meals
Supervise canteen operations and food preparation
Maintain food hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Coordinate with suppliers for fresh and hygienic food
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness
Arrange food and hospitality for buyers, auditors, and special events
Manage bill preparation, submission, and vendor payments
