• Age 25 to 35 years

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the hospital PABX/telephone system.

• Ensure all incoming and outgoing calls are handled promptly and professionally.

• Monitor call routing and ensure calls are transferred to the appropriate departments.

• Supervise and guide PABX Operators to maintain high service standards.

• Coordinate with the IT and Engineering departments to resolve PABX-related technical issues.

• Maintain extension directories and update telephone records regularly.

• Prepare duty rosters, monitor attendance, and evaluate the performance of PABX staff.

• Ensure proper communication during emergency situations and maintain call logs when required.

• Prepare periodic reports related to call operations and system performance.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

• Must perform duty as per roster scheduled as per the decision of Management.
