Proven experience in managing large-scale hospital operations, multidisciplinary teams, and quality improvement initiatives.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Sound knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality management systems.
Experience in budgeting, operational planning, and performance management.
Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS/HMIS) and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and manage organizational change effectively.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care.
Lead and oversee the overall hospital operations to ensure efficient, safe, and patient-centered service delivery.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives.
Supervise the activities of OPD, IPD, Emergency, OT, ICU, Diagnostic Services, Pharmacy, Customer Service, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, and other support services.
Monitor key operational indicators (KPIs), patient satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
Coordinate with consultants, department heads, and management to achieve organizational goals.
Optimize manpower utilization, workflow, and resource allocation to improve productivity.
Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and operational performance to ensure financial efficiency.
Lead departmental meetings, performance reviews, and operational planning sessions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and service excellence.
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and external partners.
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for top management.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Board of Directors or Director of Medical Services.
