Job Responsibilities

• As per instruction of the Administrator or scheduled duty roster he will work in the outdoor and indoor of Impact Jibon Tari Floating Hospital. He will treat patients with proper diagnosis, explain the guidance of prescription, and provide necessary advice to the patients to ensure qualitative medical services for curing diseases.

• He will identify and select patients for different surgeries, inform them of the date of surgery, and make their list in the register with a full address as they may be called for operation.

• He will supervise the activities of all medical assistant, nurse, medical technologist/ pathological technician. He will also check the duties of service staff (ward boy, aya, and cleaner)

• Time to time he will check all types of medical equipment’s and take necessary steps in proper servicing and maintenance.

• Make quick decisions regarding patient stabilization and treatment.

• Review diagnostic tests and interpret lab result.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical ethics.
