Responsibilities & Context:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and introduce Automas Technologies products and services professionally.

• Promote IP PBX, Call Center Solution, Bulk SMS, CRM, VPS & Cloud Services to corporate and business clients.

• Generate and qualify sales leads through Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and other online platforms.

• Conduct cold calling and follow-up activities to convert leads into customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable communication and automation solutions.

• Explain product features, pricing, and service benefits clearly and confidently.

• Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients to close sales successfully.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Update lead status, customer information, and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with the technical and support team during service onboarding and deployment.

• Prepare daily sales reports, lead generation reports, and follow-up updates for management.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain professional communication via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger.
