Responsibilities & Context:

Order confirmation on website/Facebook.

Receiving customer calls.

Engage with customers through social media platforms, such as messaging services and comment sections, to respond to queries, feedback, and requests.

Data entry and manage.

Provide correct information to everyone over the phone.

Have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.

Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.

Replay text and talk about our offers and our service in different platform.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bengali and English.

Ability to remain calm and patient while dealing with various customer concerns.

Skilled in talking over Phone.
