Experience:

  • Bachelors degree from any discipline

  • 6 months to 2 years years of experience in training coordination, operations, customer service, or related roles.

  • Experience in handling external clients, training logistics, or sales support is preferred.

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills (both verbal and written).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, follow processes accurately, and work under pressure.

  • Proactive and customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with MS office software



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Communicate and coordinate with training participants via registration forms, calls, and emails.

  • Prepare service proposals, quotations, and training schedules, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Manage all training coordination activities

  • Interface with customers, local/overseas authorities, and management to answer queries and provide updates.

  • Follow up with clients and monitor participation via emails and the Training Lead Tracker.

  • Send proforma invoices to participants and collect/update payment documentation.

  • Inspect assessment papers and do necessary actions for ISO programs.

  • Collaborate with the team to minimize errors and complaints by ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.

  • Generate and hand over certificates to participants.

  • Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

  • Support sales by coordinating with participants and promoting training programs.
