Responsibilities & Context:

Springfield Corporation, a Channel Partner of Alibaba.com and a Sister Concern of Savor International Limited, is inviting applications from dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented professionals to join its Sales & Marketing Department as “Telemarketing and Service support Executive”. Who will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers through phone calls, promoting company products/services, handling customer queries, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective communication and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services.

  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling and follow-up calls.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.

  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers clearly.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.

  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.

  • Update customer information and sales status in CRM/software systems.

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts regularly

  • Coordinate with the sales team for successful customer conversion.

  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.

  • Other tasks which will assigned by the management.
