Responsibilities & Context:

What you will learn in this Internship Program:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.

  • Assist customers by providing accurate information about products and services over phone, email & social media.

  • Record customer complaints and forward them to the relevant department.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Maintain customer records and prepare weekly reports.

  • Properly use CRM and relevant softwares.

  • Support the Customer Care team with administrative tasks.

  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Good communication skills in Bangla and English.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally.
