Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

    -Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

    -Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

    -Record customer interactions and update databases/CRM systems.

    -Process orders, service requests, or account changes.

    -Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

    -Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.

    -Meet call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

    -Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

    -Follow company policies, procedures, and communication standards.

    -Promote products or services when required (upselling/cross-selling).

    -Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and achieve organizational goals.
