Experience:

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Diploma in Engineering in (Power/ Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Institution)

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age 22 to 30 years

Minimum 1-5 years practical experience in call center.

Must be willing to work hard and long hours.  

Expertise in Ms-Office operation.Good oral communication skills.

Should be able to handle telephone inquiries.

Handle customer queries, resolve complaints and provide relevant product information in an efficient, professional and positive manner.

Maintain proper documentation of complaint/request records.

Should have to good communication skill with customers especially focus on agriculture related information’s.

Explaining ideas and information about agri-machineries /products to customers.

Able to solve out the Customer quires

Understand customers’ requirements and ensuring Customer’s satisfaction at all time.

Record maintain daily number of customer call & reporting.

Maintaining database of all customers

Coordinate with internal customers’ service team (Regional Engineer/ Mechanic)

Measure customer service satisfaction level   

Coordinate and communicate with other department & superior.
