Responsibilities & Context:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
A. Client Relations
Check, manage, and maintain client bookings, appointments, and schedules.
Contact clients to confirm appointments, provide updates, and communicate any scheduling changes.
Handle client enquiries professionally via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Welcome and assist clients during their visits, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Address client concerns courteously and escalate matters to management when appropriate.
B. Communication & Client Reports
Prepare personalised client reports in accordance with Kemistry's quality and branding standards.
Review reports for accuracy before distribution.
Send reports, follow-up emails, and other necessary communications to clients in a timely manner.
Maintain confidentiality of all client information and documentation.
C. Social Media Communication
Monitor and respond professionally to messages, enquiries, and comments received through Kemistry's social media platforms.
Ensure timely responses while maintaining Kemistry's brand voice and customer service standards.
Escalate enquiries requiring management approval when necessary.
D. Sales & Administrative Support
Maintain accurate daily sales records and transaction logs.
Assist with administrative duties related to daily operations.
Organise client files, digital records, and company documentation.
Support the coordination of appointments, meetings, and operational schedules.
Assist with other administrative and operational duties assigned by management that are reasonably related to your role.
E. Business Development & Strategic Support
Assist with business planning and company growth initiatives.
Support brand expansion projects and strategic marketing planning.
Conduct research and prepare information to assist management in business decision-making.
Coordinate tasks related to new services, partnerships, and operational improvements.
