Responsibilities & Context:
MikroTik configuration
PPPoE setup & troubleshooting
OLT/ONU configuration (GPON)
Fiber splicing basic knowledge
Bandwidth management & queue setup

রাউটার/ONU কনফিগারেশন
নতুন সংযোগ সেটআপ
ফাইবার লাইন ট্রাবলশুটিং
নেটওয়ার্ক মনিটরিং
টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট (ফোন/অনসাইট)
Networking সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN)
Router & Switch কনফিগার করার অভিজ্ঞতা
MikroTik / Cisco / ONU কনফিগারেশন জানা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
ISP সেক্টরে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে ভালো
মোটরসাইকেল চালাতে পারা (যদি ফিল্ড জব হয়)
Diploma in Computer / Electrical / Telecommunication
অথবা
BSc in CSE / EEE (প্রেফারেবল)
