Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

·        Supervise and monitor daily activities of collection officers.

·        Set daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.

·        Conduct floor meetings and performance review sessions.

·        Provide coaching and on-the-job training to improve team performance.

·        Ensure discipline and attendance compliance.

·        Track repayment performance and PTP (Promise to Pay) follow-ups.

·        Monitor delinquent accounts and aging buckets.

·        Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

·        Identify low performers and create improvement plans.

·        Ensure team achieves assigned recovery targets.

·        Implement strategies to improve collection rates.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical collection practices.

·        Monitor call quality and field visit standards.

·        Coordinate with Risk, Sales, and Operations departments.

·        Escalate complex or high-risk cases when necessary.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree .

·        2–4 years of experience in collections/recovery.

·        Minimum 1 year experience in team handling.

·        Fluency in English and Bangla (written and verbal)

Skills Required

·        Strong leadership and motivational skills.

·        Good communication and negotiation skills.

·        Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

·        Target-oriented mindset.

·        Ability to handle pressure.

·        Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
