Role Overview
The Sales Team Lead is responsible for leading and supervising the Sales Consultants within the assigned region to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and ensure effective execution of sales operations. The role focuses on team performance management, channel development, stakeholder relationship management, and market expansion while maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and support Sales Consultants within the assigned region to ensure effective execution of daily sales activities and business objectives.
Drive regional sales performance by achieving assigned sales targets, KPIs, and other business goals.
Monitor individual and team productivity, provide coaching and guidance, and implement performance improvement initiatives.
Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with Business Partners (BPs), retailers, and other key channel stakeholders.
Strengthen channel partnerships to support sustainable business growth and market expansion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Business Intelligence (BI), Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing, to ensure smooth business operations and effective issue resolution.
Monitor retail coverage, market visibility, product availability, and sales execution across the assigned territory.
Analyze sales performance data, identify business opportunities and challenges, and implement action plans to improve market penetration and revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational SOPs, and reporting requirements.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and business updates to management.
Provide regular business performance insights and strategic recommendations to the Sales Manager.
Support the implementation of sales campaigns, promotional activities, and new business initiatives within the region.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management as required.
