Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 32 years
- Only Male
Strong communication skills in Bangla and basic English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Email.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and stay calm in client communication.
Responsibilities & Context:
Receive and make calls to clients and security guards regarding daily operations or complaints.
Record all complaints in the company’s Complaint Management Excel Sheet.
Assign complaints to the respective Duty Officer / Area In-charge.
Update issue status as Solved / Unsolved / Pending with proper remarks.
Follow up with guards and clients to confirm resolution.
Prepare daily and weekly complaint summary reports.
Escalate high-priority or unresolved complaints to higher officials.
Maintain professional communication and confidentiality at all times.
