Responsibilities & Context:
· Respond to customer queries on Facebook Page, WhatsApp, and Website Live Chat promptly.
· Delivery information regarding customers on the benefits of organic products.
· Suggest complementary products to increase average order value.
· Accurately record customer details and orders in the system/CRM.
· Follow up with customers to ensure they received their products and are satisfied.
· Handle complaints regarding delivery delays, damaged items, or incorrect orders with empathy and professional tact.
· Coordinate with the logistics team to manage returns or replacements according to company policy.
· Work closely with delivery partners and the warehouse team to track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers.
· Maintain an organized record of customer feedback and contact information for future marketing campaigns.
· Report recurring customer concerns or high-demand product requests to management to help improve the product line.
