Responsibilities & Context: Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries courteously and professionally.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, order confirmations, and customer support.
Respond to customer messages on social media and other digital channels.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or internal systems.
Ensure timely resolution and follow-up of customer issues.
Meet daily performance targets and quality standards.
Assist in improving customer care processes.
