Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking qualified and customer-focused professionals to join our International Customer Support team for a USA-based process.
 
Position Details

Process: USA (B2B & B2C Customer Support)
Shift: Night Shift
Working Hours: 7:45 PM – 5:00 AM (Rotational, 6 days a week)
Location: Shyamoli, Dhaka (Beside Shyamoli Square)

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing inbound customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring efficient issue resolution while maintaining service excellence and adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


Key Responsibilities

·       Manage inbound customer interactions via voice, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

·       Address customer queries and complaints with accuracy, empathy, and resolution focus.

·       Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, processes, and support tools.

·       Accurately document customer interactions and update records within CRM systems.

·       Escalate complex or unresolved cases in accordance with established protocols.

·       Meet and maintain key performance indicators including CSAT, AHT, FCR, SLA adherence, and quality benchmarks.
